Enrolment Agreement

1. This document serves as an agreement between the student and K boneng Skills Academy. A prospective student must therefore be sure of the choice of his / her course before signing.

2. K boneng Skills Academy expects all students who have signed the contract, to take their lessons seriously and abide by K boneng Skills Academy rules. By signing this form, the student and or his / her sponsor agree that the student will adhere to all rules and regulations of K boneng Skills Academy.

3. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that they have completed the registration form in conjunction with the enrolment form and subject selections are correctly specified on the enrolment form.

4. The sponsor is expected to pay the TOTAL fee for the course registered for.

5. Registered students, who wish to cancel their studies, MUST inform the office of the Kboneng Skills Academy officially in writing, with the Campus Manager / Campus Principal of their intent to cancel. Until such time, the sponsor will be liable to pay the tuition fees.

6. An administration fee of R500.00 will automatically be deducted on cancellation for students wishing to cancel their studies before commencement of tuition.

7. On registration text books are ordered, please ensure you are familiar with the textbook agreement and pricing. This rental agreement must be signed by the student.

8. Interest will be charged on outstanding accounts at a rate of prime.

9. The sponsor (debtor) will be held responsible for legal costs on an attorney and client scale, and collection fees on unpaid accounts.

10. Although the tuition fees are paid monthly. The total amount for the course must be paid before the commencement of the examinations for all programmes.

11. Should any student make him/her guilty of any form of irregularities during examination, internal or external or irregularities on submission of tasks and assignments, the student will face immediate expulsion from the campus and forfeit any payment made to the college.

12. Examination fees are not transferable to the next exam and will be forfeited if notification to the college is not given 10 days before the sitting of the exam for that specific session, trimester, semester or year exam.
